Goodyear Rubber Products Inc. continues to sell off its real estate in St. Petersburg’s Grand Central district.

Bob Jacobs, owner of Goodyear Rubber, told the Tampa Bay Business Journal on Wednesday that he has sold three more properties — 1912 and 1916 Central Avenue and property at 1957 First Ave. S, at the corner of 20th Street and First Avenue S — to one local investor.

Goodyear Rubber moved its corporate headquarters from Central Avenue to Clearwater in February. The company maintains a presence in St. Pete: its Goodyear ParkerStore at 1901 First Ave. S. It sells hoses and other mechanical items.

Jacobs said the deal closed on March 31. He declined to disclose the buyer or a sales price and said he believes the investor plans to rent the properties to retail tenants.

This is Jacobs’ second transaction in as many weeks. He sold the two-story warehouse at 1900 Central Ave. in March to two local real estate investors.

The 1957 First Ave. S warehouse is approximately 2,500 square feet. The 1916 Central Ave. parcel is approximately 3,150 square feet, and the 1912 Central Ave. warehouse is approximately 3,300 square feet.

Jacobs said 1922 First Ave. S remains on the market. It is the largest of Goodyear’s parcels at 8,300 square feet.
