ORLANDO – Kevin O’Connor, Principal, Matt Cichocki, Principal, Tom R. Kelley II, CCIM, Principal and Chris Adams, MiCP, Vice President represented the seller, Heaven 3 RE, LLC, in the sale of Heaven III at 6925 Lake Ellenor Drive, Orlando.

The property is 114,250± SF office/flex business park consisting of 6 single-story buildings on 8.8 acres.

The leasing team of Tom Kelley and Chris Adams leased the park to 98% occupancy, prompting the owner to sell it as an investment property.
