Tampa, FL, August 29th, 2022 – Tampa based land broker, Tyler Woody of Eshenbaugh Land Company, was the transaction broker in the sale of 20.49± acres in Hernando County for $3,200,000. The site was sold to Meritage Homes, which plans to build 81 units of single family. From contract signing to closing, it took less than two months while seeing a record blank lot price in Hernando County for almost $40,000 per lot.
