This transaction is the result of Ross Realty Group’s sales efforts for the Seller, Watermark Acquisition Group, LLC. The Buyer, Woodfield Acquisitions, LLC, is planning to redevelop the 2.84-acre property with 277 apartments. This new development will be 7 stories plus neighborhood commercial space on the corner of Hoover and Mariner and include an integrated parking deck.
