Midtown East, the future of office design and workplace redefined: Groundbreaking slated for Q4 2022

TAMPA, FL – (March 22, 2022) – Bromley Companies announced today that Tampa’s newest Class A workplace, Midtown East – an approximately 400,000 square foot office tower – will be in Midtown Tampa, the $1 billion, 23-acre mixed-use destination located at Dale Mabry Highway and I-275.

Conceived with talent at the center of every design decision, the 16-story tower is at the heart of Midtown Tampa’s mixed-use master plan. The design features covered terraces providing access to the outdoors and fresh air to the building. Midtown East, located across from the recently opened True Food Kitchen, seeks to redefine the workplace to attract world-class talent in an environment that promotes connectivity, creativity and wellness.
