LAND O'LAKES - A request to rezone a 10-acre patch of vacant land north of Lester's Dairy on U.S. 41 is going to the County Commission for rezoning in February. Owner Richard Charlick of Keene Road LLC, wants to build an 84,500-square-foot miniwarehouse and 30,000-square-foot office on Keene Road, to be developed by 2012, according to county records.
