A 74,279-square-foot industrial complex at 4023 Sawyer Road in Sarasota has been purchased by 4023 Sawyer Road LLC from owner Brazos XX LLC for $2.6 million.
Bob and Roberta Kolton with Michael Saunders represented the seller while Gail Bowden and Bruce Dilges with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Advisory Group represented the buyer.
Also in Sarasota, Jodat Law Group closed on an 8,909-square-foot office building located at 2620 S. Tamiami Trail for $1.317 million. The seller was Sydco LLC.
