Orange Business Services U.S. Inc. has signed a 19,288-square-foot office lease at Park Place in Clearwater.
The 167,000-square-foot, mixed-use office development is located at 420 Park Place in the Bayside submarket of Pinellas County. The space is currently in shell condition and will be built out to the company's needs.
Orange Business Services provides integrated IT and telecom solutions for business. The company plans to move its 110 employees from a Largo office in mid-June.
Alan Feldshue of Colliers International Tampa Bay represented the new tenant.Melanie Jackson of Colliers represented the landlord, Glenborough Park Place LLC.
