Temple Terrace shopping center trades for $5.4 million

Terrace Oaks Plaza, a 40,659-square foot shopping center in Temple Terrace, has sold for $5.4 million, or $133 per square foot.

James Medefind and Patrick Whitney of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services had the listing to market the property on behalf of the local seller, a private investor.

Medefind procured the international buyer, a partnership based in Canada.

Terrace Oaks Plaza was built in 1986 at 11301 North 56th Street.
Only a 1,278-square-foot space was available for lease at the time of the sale.

Tenants include Shapes Fitness and Bright House Networks.
