Lo Garto Apartments, a 188-unit multifamily complex in Dunedin, has sold for $9.4 million, or $50,000 a unit.

The apartments sold for $7.3 million in January 2012, Pinellas County records show.

Francesco "Frank” Carriera and Michael Regan of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services represented the seller, Dunedin Apartments LLC, and the buyer, PBH LoGarto LLC of Miami.

The 40-year-old property is located at 257 Milwaukee Ave.
