A nearly 20-acre parcel of vacant commercial land in Bradenton has sold for $2.375 million.

The property is located at 5704 State Road 64 East.

Bank of America sold the 19.58 acres to a local investment group called 64 Properties LLC. State records list John Falkner of Makka City as the principal.

Chris Bowers of Eshenbaugh Land Co. brokered the deal, which closed Tuesday.
