Tampa-based Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT Inc. purchased a data center property in Andover, Mass., for $12 million.
The 92,700-square-foot building 25 miles north of Boston is fully leased to a leading provider of advanced network communications.
"We are pleased to continue to expand our diversified portfolio of mission critical real estate assets throughout key markets across the United States,†Carter Validus Mission Critical REIT CEO said in a statement.
Two weeks ago, the REIT announced it acquired a 143,770-square-foot data center in Raleigh, N.C. for $19.5 million.
