The Hampton Inn Tampa International Airport/Westshore has sold for $15.75 million, Hillsborough County court records show.
A deed filed late last week shows a transaction from W2007 BRV LP, which is affiliated with Texas-based commercial real estate investment firm Archon Group, to Leeward Strategic Properties of Norwalk, Conn.
The hotel property is located at 4817 W. Laurel St.
It's at least the third hotel sale in the Tampa Bay area this year. In February, Inspire Hotels LLC acquired an 83-room former Wingate by Wyndham property in Tampa and changed the flag to become a La Quinta Inn & Suites Tampa North. In January, Charter One Hotels & Resorts acquired a Holiday Inn Express in Clermont.
