Harold E. Crye Trustee & Hazel Ann BallTrustee has purchased Mermaid Manor, a 35,500-square-foot mobile home park at 3720 14th St. W in Bradenton.
The price was $1.2 million.
Sam Watkins of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT represented California seller Bank of Internet USA. Bruce Ginsberg of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer.
Other big transactions in the region includea former bank branch sale in Lakewood Ranch and a $665,000 apartment complex in Tampa.
