Developers are seeking approval for a nearly 201,000-square-foot warehouse/office development project at 6451 126th Ave. in Largo, Pinellas County commercial plan review documents show.

The 22-acre site is located south of Ulmerton Road, east of 66th Street and west of U.S. 19.

Harrod Properties Inc. of Tampa is developing the project, called Parallon. Harrod bought the property for $3 million from developer Grady Pridgen in March 2010, county records show.

Two commercial permit applications for the project estimate its value at $15.2 million.

Aurora Civil Engineering of Brandon is engineering the project.
