Adams House Assisted Living Facility in Tampa has begun a $3 million expansion project for 14 additional rooms in an approximately 9,500-square-foot building.

The existing Adams House, 3330 S. MacDill Ave., will also receive numerous interior and exterior renovations.

Elevation Architecture is the architect and The Murray Co. is the general contractor. The facility is owned and managed by Sierra Investment Group in Tampa.

• The Carlton Fields law firm is moving its St. Petersburg office to the 15^th floor of First Central Tower, 360 Central Ave., from One Progress Plaza, according to Osprey Real Estate Services.

The real estate company said the move would happen by the end of the month, but referred additional inquiries to firm shareholder David Punzak, who declined to reveal square footage or other details.

• Stream International Inc., a global provider of sales, customer service and technical support services, extended and expanded its lease at Interstate Corporate Center, Redstone Commercial said.

Stream International will occupy 98,518 square feet, an increase of 23,518 square feet, in the single-story office complex at 6302 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Tampa.

• Esurance Insurance Co. renewed a 54,400-square-foot lease at 150-182 Kelsey Lane in Tampa. Liberty Property Ltd. Partnership is the landlord. Scott Garlick, John Fish and Beharea Larsen were the agents.
