The Manatee Association of Realtors sold its office at 10910 Technology Terrace in Lakewood Ranch and will continue to operate there as a tenant. The buyer, Gut Hut LLC, is a business owned by gastroenterologist Arun Khazanchi, who bought the 16,488-square-foot office for $975,000.

The purchase is an investment property for Khazanchi, the Bradenton Herald said. The president of Manatee Association of Realtors, Deanna Atkinson of Coldwell Banker, said that they are planning to leave one building of the two-building 16,000 square foot complex within six months. Debbie Anglin, broker associate with Ian Black Real Estate, told the Herald that the deal is a partnership and the association is going to lease back the main building of the complex that includes the administrative offices, a technology training center and a conference room.

Khazanchi financed the purchase with an $834,624 loan from SunTrust. He currently practices at Florida Digestive Disease Specialists in Lakewood Ranch, the Herald said.
