NAIOP Tampa Bay recognized local businesses and commercial real estate professionals at its 12th annual Best of the Best Awards dinner Nov. 28 at the Westin Tampa Harbour Island.

Ronald T. Rotella, executive director of the Westshore Alliance, was inducted into the NAIOP Hall of Fame for his significant contributions to commercial real estate and the Westshore Business District.

Laurie Alden, director of leasing at Highwoods Properties, received the 2012 President's Award for her dedication and commitment to NAIOP Programs and Initiatives.
