Assisted Senior Care of Clearwater said it is ready to begin building a $65 million assisted living community in Sarasota the first quarter of 2013.

Named Autumn of Sarasota, the campus at 3251 Proctor Road will employ up to 250 people when fully operational, including medical care providers, nurses, administrators and physical therapy specialists, the company said in a statement.

The first phase of the project with 80 memory care residences will be completed by Jan. 1, 2014, according to the statement. The second and third phases will add another 240 residences by 2015.
