Manatee County's Centre Point Commons shopping center was acquired for $25.6 million by Inland Diversified Bradenton Center Point LLC., a subsidiary of Oakbrook, Ill.-based Inland Real Estate Group.

Mark Cosenza, Inland's vice president, told the Sarasota-Herald Tribune that the center, which is located between U.S. 41 and Cortez Road at 4014 14th St. W., is conveniently located for over 100,000 people and the gulf's beaches draw traffic to the center.

Inland manages over 129 million square feet of commercial real estate and owns 45 properties in Florida. These include five plazas in Bradenton, the Herald Tribunesaid. The center's tenants include Lowe's, Best Buy, Dick's Sporting Goods and Panera Bread Co.
