Winter Park Construction was selected by the Jefferson Apartment Group to build Jefferson Westshore Apartments along the eastern side of Westshore Blvd.
The project, designed by Humphreys & Partners Architects, will be a luxury multi-family apartment community with 246 units. Construction costs are about $21.8 million, a statement said.
The three-story garden complex is scheduled to begin leasing by early 2013
