Three Tampa office buildings totaling more than 924,000 square feet of space - two in downtown - are being offered for sale.

Downtown, the 20-story Fifth Third Center, 201 E. Kennedy Blvd., and 22-story Wells Fargo Center, 100 S. Ashley Drive, are on the market. Further west, the 13-story Tampa Commons at the northeast corner of Kennedy and Dale Mabry Highway is also for sale.

Eastdil Secured, a New York-based real estate investment banking company, is representing all three buildings. Atlanta-based Vice President Kennedy Hicks said the firm would not comment about its efforts to market the buildings.

The Hillsborough County Property Appraiser website shows this information about the buildings:

• Terrace Tower Tampa LLC of Portland, Oregon, owns the Fifth Third Center. The building sold for $52 in December 2005 and has an assessed value of $21.3 million.
• Tampa Equities REIT I of Tampa owns Wells Fargo Center. It was purchased in January 2001 for $42.1 million and is currently assessed at $26.7 million.
• Wells REIT II – Tampa Commons LLC of Atlanta owns Tampa Commons. The building sold for just over $49 million in December 2005 and is assessed at a little more than $24 million.

In June 2011, In-Rel Properties of Lake Worth purchased the 31-story Rivergate Tower, 400 N. Ashley Dr., for $22 million. The Brookdale Group of Atlanta acquired the 36-story SunTrust Financial Centre, 401 E. Jackson St., for $82.5 million in December.
