Crossman & Co. deals at Race Track Road
Crossman & Co. completed three new lease agreements totaling 3,065 square feet at the Hampton Lakes mixed-use commercial center, 3016 Race Track Road, Tampa.
T-Mobile leased 1,300 square feet of retail space for five years. Sneak-a-Peek 4D Baby Boutique signed a five-year lease for 1,100 square feet and Classic Concepts signed a two-year office lease for 665 square feet.
Leasing associate Tracy Harrison negotiated all three transactions representing the landlord Hampton Lakes.
Vecchio buys in Odessa
Vecchio LLC bought an Odessa warehouse for $364,500, according to Prudential Commercial Real Estate Florida. The 6,000 square foot property at 11609 Prosperous Drive sits on nearly half an acre.
Vecchio has not yet released its plans for the property.
Renee Dyer and Matt Kim handled the transaction.
Prudential Commercial also represented the seller, Blair Water Conditioning of Tampa Bay Inc.
M&I renovation
Sarasota's M&I Bank Building has completed the first phase of a $1.3 million renovation project.
The 11-story office building at the corner of South Pineapple Avenue and Ringling Boulevard has undergone renovation of its common areas, upgraded security and revitalized the grounds.
Osprey deals
Osprey Real Estate Services announced the completion of nearly 20 lease and sales transactions during the first quarter of 2011. Among the deals:
• United Rentals Inc. leased 42,594 rentable square feet at Tampa Oaks, 12802 Tampa Oaks Blvd., Temple Terrace.
• Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP leased a full floor of 15,182 rental square feet at First Central Tower, 360 Central Ave., St. Petersburg.
• Norton Hammersley Lopez & Skokos PA law firm renewed its lease of 10,284 rentable square feet at the Sarasota City Center, Sarasota.
• David Grashel purchased the business and leased additional space for Valentino's Little Italy, an Italian restaurant and pizzeria at 1001 Fourth St. N., St. Petersburg.
