White Lodging Services Corp. will transfer the Embassy Suites Tampa Brandon to Apple Real Estate Investment Trust Companies.
The hotel, which has 147 two-room suites, is one of 16 properties to be transferred. The hotels will remain under long-term management agreements with White Lodging, which is based in Merrillville, Ind
