TAMPA (July 2010) – The Marketing Directors announced the sale of Water's Edge Condominium. Jackie Williams, Director of Business Development, handled the deal for the investor group, Concierge Asset Management. The Marketing Directors can facilitate bulk purchases, note sales, bank REO property and other investment sales opportunities for clients throughout the Southeast under the direction of Sr. Vice President Uri Vaknin and senior team members Williams and Allison Beldick.

Water's Edge Condominium is a new Class-A high-rise condominium development located on the bluffs overlooking Clearwater Harbor. The 26-story building contains 153 homes and received its certificate of occupancy in December 2008. Water's Edge Clearwater, LLC and Redus Clearwater Bluff, LLC were the seller of the asset, which included 143 homes, 10,000 square feet of retail space and an empty lot to the south of the development.
