A shopping center on the corner of Gunn Highway and Van Dyke Road sold Friday for $6.1 million.

Keystone Crossing, which is anchored by a Sweetbay Supermarket, sold for more than $125 per square foot to FWI 35 LLC, a subsidiary of Flagship Investments I LLC of Boston. A consortium of developers that included Keystone Crossing Properties LLC, Thornton Keystone Crossing Properties LLC, Harbin Keystone Properties LLC and Harbin II Keystone Crossing Properties LLC sold the shopping center, according to Hillsborough County property records.

The group purchased the property in June 2003 from Sembler Family Partnership 21 Ltd. and Sember Retail Inc. for $6.48 million, or $134 per square foot.

The deal is being financed through Bank of America NA, according to Hillsborough County property filings.

The shopping center was built in 2001 after a land purchase of $1.2 million, according to property records.
