APPRAISAL AND RELATED EXPERIENCE
Mr. Congdon has been self-employed since 1972 acting as a Realtor in the early years, and specializing as a Fee Appraiser in 1978. Originally from Upstate New York, Mr. Congdon has developed a substantial appraisal firm serving New York and Pennsylvania, and most recently has formed VCI, Inc. with partner Gary Olcha in Florida and consultant to Appraisal Development International, Inc.
Mr. Congdon has completed the two most significant achievements in the appraisal profession, namely having been
awarded both the MAI and SRA designations from the Appraisal Institute. He also has a “Certified General
Appraiser” status in Florida, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Experience includes industrial, commercial, multiple, and residential valuations.
