2009 record year for ADI

Last year, ADI commercial appraiser Paul Willies completed 69 commercial projects for a total value of $960,772,900 - The largest single project being a proposed hotel development on Panama City Beach valued at $224 million dollars the smallest being a medical office condo in Brandon for $120,000.

Other projects included a large Self-Storage Complex, two resort developments in Orlando, several restaurants, neighborhood shopping center in Clearwater, several industrial warehouses, a marina - just to name a few.

2010 is already in full swing!

So far this year we have been pleased to complete a series of appraisals for a family estate based in Miami - with land and commercial property in Hernando, Pinellas and Lake County - and the foothills of Tennessee! Also a refinance project for the owner of a 60,000 sf warehouse in Little Haiti in Miami. We advised on a pending purchase of fruit and vegetable market in Tampa - and are assisting with market research on a veterans housing project in Mississippi and a shopping center in Houston - it's all go!!!!
