Dolores Hamburg has lived in Pinellas County since 1978.

Originally from New Jersey, Dolores has worked for other appraisal companies in St. Petersburg dating back to the early 1980s.

In 1987, Dolores was an employee in the Engineering Department for C. Fred Deuel and Sons (land surveyor) and Stewart Title company.

From a consumer perspective, Dolores was a serious real estate investor in this area for many years and participates as a certified member of an elite group of realtors “ePROs” that assist the 24/7 online consumer.

Presently she is a registered appraiser trainee with our firm.

Education includes: college courses in computer design (B.S. degree), continuing education in real estate brokerage and appraisal certification courses.

Memberships: Guardian Association, The Area Agency on Aging, Better Living for Seniors, and Pinellas Realtors Organization.
