Ms. Goding has been in the commercial real estate business in the Tampa Bay area since 1991. From 1991-2004 she specialized in eminent domain appraisals for both condemnors and condemnees working on a wide variety of property types throughout the state of Florida. From 2004 to the present her work included a mix of appraisals for financing, estates, and litigation.

Ms. Goding has an MAI designation and is a state-certified general real estate appraiser within the state of Florida. She has been active in the Appraisal Institute at the local, regional, and national levels.

Her experience includes: industrial, commercial, office, retail, billboards, marinas, gas lines, easements, powerlines, special purpose, large assemblages, and more.
